Epic EHR - Sripen - Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Epic EHR Analyst to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. The Analyst will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Epic modules to improve clinical workflows, patient care, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced reputed company IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic EHR modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Resolute, reputed company, MyChart, etc.).
• Collaborate with clinical, reputed company cycle, and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements.
• Build and test system components, including templates, order sets, and custom reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and reputed company end-user support in a timely manner.
• Document system changes, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in Epic reputed company cycles, testing, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other reputed company IT reputed company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Epic certification in one or more modules (required or must be obtained reputed company 6 months).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epic EHR implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of reputed company workflows (clinical, financial, or scheduling).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
