The Role

The Private Equity Operations Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end investment experience for clients, issuers, sponsors, and representatives including initial asset reviews, capital calls, corporate actions, exchanges, and investment funding for private stock, funds, precious metals, publicly traded securities, etc. This role ensures a seamless, timely, and client-focused process that supports business growth, enhances client satisfaction, and maintains operational accuracy.

Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred 
• 3+ years of leadership experience in client reputed company, financial operations, or account management, ideally reputed company wealth management, retirement industry, or banking.

• Strong verbal/written communication skills with a client-first reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary reputed company for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
