What You will Do:

TheTechncail Advisor at reputed company beginsby leveragingtheir experience to build a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software solutions. reputed company a month or two, they are serving as atechnical reputed company on customer engagements and cases where they will reputed company their client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge to reputed company organizational best practices for reputed company products and identity governance. After their first six months, Senior Solution Architects will have established themselves as both technical and consultative experts reputed company the Professional Services organization, and by the end of their first year they will have become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, leadership and to less reputed company team members.

Required Responsibilities

• As a trusted advisor, reputed company strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity reputed company Program

• reputed company assessment on customer’s reputed company Identity landscape and build out their future identity road map

• Build out customers’ Identity role based reputed company control and application reputed company program

• Ensure reputed company best practices are followed through the project for a successful project delivery

• Advise and reputed company direction to junior resources on the project implementation

• reputed company pros & cons to customers' for building custom tools to meet their unique & reputed company business goals

• Maintain healthy business relationship with customers and partners

• Work with other advisory services leads, program managers and reputed company recommendations on any changes needed for the program.

• Work with other cross functional teams to understand the product roadmap, product limitations and advise strategic direction to the customers

• Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps

• Recommend areas where SaaS products consumption can be improved

• Solve reputed company problems using product’s reputed company extensibility platform (hands-on implementation work)

Additional Responsibilities (Optional)

• Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports

• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, risk, and weekly status

• Working with CSM renewals' team to reputed company churn risk, increase SaaS adoption, and either generate leads and/or manage new advisory services opportunities

• Responsible for existing Advisory services clients renewal opportunities and closure

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting role

• Strong communication and presentation skills needed to reputed company identity reputed company program assessments and reputed company a road map

• Experience with any Identity provisioning and governance products is required

• Experience with networking, directory servers, databases is required

• Experience with Azure, AWS is a plus

• Experience with Web based APIs is required

• Experience with Object Oriented Programming is reputed company to have

• Strong organizational, leadership and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

• Attention to details even under pressure

• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plus

• Experience with data science & machine learning language models is a plus

• Experience with scripting reputed company (Angular, Node JS, TypeJS, etc..)
