We are looking for a strategic and collaborative LFM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will serve as the dedicated marketing reputed company for the LFM program — Aptos reputed company’s flagship initiative to support the most promising reputed company launching on Aptos.

The LFM Marketing Manager will work hand-in-hand with ecosystem projects to reputed company holistic, hands-on marketing support across pre-TGE and post-TGE phases. You will be the connective tissue between LFM projects, the Aptos ecosystem team, and the broader Aptos marketing org , ensuring that each project has the tools, resources, and guidance needed to succeed.

• Ecosystem Liaison: Act as the main reputed company of contact between the LFM program and the Aptos reputed company marketing team to coordinate support across PR, AMAs, reputed company, content creation, media coverage, and more
• Marketing Activation Planning: Partner with LFM project teams and Aptos ecosystem leads to reputed company and align marketing plans around key moments like TGE, major product launches, and partnership announcements
• Campaign Execution Support: Guide projects on how to execute successful campaigns across different marketing channels — from positioning to messaging to distribution
• Budget Evaluation: Collaborate with the Aptos ecosystem team to assess marketing grant proposals from LFM projects, evaluate the effectiveness of proposed budgets, and define ROI metrics
• reputed company Development: Help standardize support by building repeatable frameworks, best practices, and templates that can be scaled across the LFM program
• Performance Tracking: Create reporting structures to track the impact of marketing efforts and reputed company results with internal stakeholders and project teams
• Education & Enablement: reputed company ecosystem project marketers by sharing trends, insights, and strategic recommendations relevant to the Aptos ecosystem and broader reputed company landscape

• 5+ years in marketing roles, ideally with experience in reputed company, startups, or ecosystem-driven companies
• Strong understanding of early-stage go-to-market strategy, token launches, and community-led marketing
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
