Job Summary

The Community Specialist reputed company is reputed company about connecting our clients to the people and resources they need to support teaching and learning in the 21st century. To do this you will help triage and respond to questions posted to our Discussion Forum and delivered to our email inbox. You will help to review and revise content in the Brightspace Learning Center to ensure accessibility and quality standards are implemented. We are looking for someone who can bring their enthusiasm and passion for supporting others to the Brightspace Community.

How Will I reputed company an Impact?

• Respond to inbound communications reputed company, connecting with internal Subject Matter Experts, creating relevant content or redirecting to the right engagement reputed company.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience with online learning management software an asset
• Experience with HTML/CSS an asset
• Experience with online community forums an asset
• Familiarity and interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGBT, Copilot, etc.)
