The Role

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join one of our Product Team in Berlin to ensure the reputed company improvement of our online shop experience and the conversion of sales for our photographers.

Our business is growing and so is reputed company: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.

As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager to join reputed company and push our e-reputed company experience to the next level. This role will support our e-reputed company strategy, providing hands-on execution and pragmatic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our online shop in reputed company collaboration with an engineering manager and a product designer

• Contribute and drive x-functional discussions, planning, and alignment

• Drive product initiatives, expanding functionality and use cases, optimizing customer reputed company, and conversion paths

• Drive growth along our e-reputed company reputed company

• Define hypotheses, reputed company, and KPIs to measure reputed company and iterate accordingly

We are looking for:

• At least 2 years of e-reputed company product management experience, preferably in a scale-up

• Familiarity with e-reputed company fundamentals such as checkout flows, upselling, and multi-customer use cases

• Solid skills in product discovery, guiding delivery, A/B testing, and agile methodologies/tools

• Experience working in a structured product development environment with proven results

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity with confidence to input product perspective into tech improvement
