Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives, providing training and guidance to help them meet their sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-reputed company environment.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven reputed company.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred.
