Job Summary

Full-Time Aesthetic Nurse, NP reputed company the Buffalo and reputed company Park area. This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional reputed company and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about reputed company products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of reputed company products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing reputed company of reputed company Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clinical resources, guidance, support and direction as a resource for providers
• Mentors and coach’s provider staff in support of growth and development
• Leads by example following reputed company systems, processes and protocols
• Delivers on reputed company’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding reputed company procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to reputed company regulatory agency and reputed company guidelines
• Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
• Upholds facility standards by assuring reputed company treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
• Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. reputed company per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
• Educates reputed company non-members as to benefits of reputed company membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to reputed company members
• Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule
• Represents reputed company Purpose and Values in reputed company circumstances

Requirements/Qualifications

• 1+ years of aesthetic experience preferred
• Education Level: Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner credential
• Job reputed company/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Starting pay $55+ per hour depending on experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentives
