Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting the specific and unique needs of our customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimum downtime. In addition, this position will assist sales representatives in servicing customers.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Handle reputed company client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients.
• Processes customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures.
• Process orders Brady Sales Representative phone in and act as reputed company of contact regarding reputed company orders.
• Maintain various accounts and review reputed company orders.
• Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers.
• Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service in the warehouse/distribution environment helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer Focused.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/reputed company reputed company on the phone and in-person.

Compensation & Benefits: The pay reputed company for this role is $18-$22 per hour.
