Certified Pharmacy Technician (Individualized Care Coordinator) TN- LaVergne- Specialty Pharmacy

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00PM reputed company once training is completed ( 3 days in office, 2 days work from home once training is completed ) What Individualized Care contributes to reputed company MMS Solutions, a division of reputed company, is a specialty pharmacy serving nephrology physician offices and clinics. Located in La Vergne, Tennessee, MMS Solutions is a full-service closed-reputed company specialty pharmacy dedicated in dispensing renal-specific medications, nutritional’s, and ancillary supply orders directly to the patients homes. Job Summary Responsible for providing effective customer care to our nephrology reputed company customers, our dedicated team must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and reliable as well as proficiency in computers. Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage moderate to high call volume.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and clinicians in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Detail-oriented.
• Input patient data into the pharmacy information management system.
• Resolve patient/customer inquiries with the most effective response.
• Display professional approach with team members at reputed company times.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of and abides by reputed company HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Call center experience preferred
• National Certification preferred
• Must be a registered pharmacy tech in the reputed company
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Two-years of college experience or relative work experience preferred
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communications, with a desire to reputed company superior phone customer service
• Must be willing to take on additional duties reputed company needed
• Responsible and willing to function as a cooperative team member
• Must have a working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite as well as the ability to learn competencies in pharmacy information
• system
• Candidate needs to demonstrate initiative, time management, organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and positive
