The attorney will be responsible for negotiating and drafting technology-reputed company agreements in various technology areas, such as production and post-production, marketing technology, business and data platforms, content reputed company, research and innovation, artificial intelligence and reputed company experiences. The attorney will advise business partners on applicable company policies and legal requirements. This position requires exceptional organizational skills; a proactive reputed company; acute attention to details and deadlines; meticulous drafting skills; strong acumen for legal issue spotting; and constant, effective communication (both oral and written) with both internal business partners and reputed company parties. What You Will Do

:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements and other legal documentation reputed company to technology and operations, including, but not limited to, software licenses, software-as-a-service agreements, professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and software/system evaluation agreements.

• Collaborating with senior attorneys and internal stakeholders to support technology initiatives across production, post-production, marketing, and innovation.
• Interpreting existing policies and advising our business partners on legal requirements.
• Solving reputed company problems and exercising judgement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

:

• 3-4 years of legal experience as an attorney working on technology agreements.

• Understanding of the technology and entertainment businesses. Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company reputed company on emerging business trends and legal developments in technology, entertainment and intellectual property law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, communication and organizational skills. Ability to spot legal issues and come up with well thought out ways to resolve the issues. Comfortable negotiating orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different roles and reputed company in a team environment. Ability to build interdepartmental relationships at reputed company reputed company. Comfortable communicating with executives.
• Ability to think strategically and present arguments to higher-level attorneys and business partners.
• Ability to evaluate and reconcile issues from the business-unit and reputed company-level perspective.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and execute reputed company against multiple, high-reputed company and high-volume projects. Demonstrates a clear ability to manage deals in a fast-paced environment.

Education: JD degree from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Admission to California State Bar Association (or willingness and qualification to be Registered In-House Counsel). The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $142,200.00 to $183,900.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
