(Remote) Licensing and Contracting Coordinator

Position Summary: Responsible for reputed company aspects of contracting for new Relationship Managers with the insurance reputed company and the associated broker dealer. Also responsible for assisting with staff reputed company from a compliance/licensing standpoint. reputed company back up support, as needed, with regards to reputed company appointments, appointment validations, and licensing maintenance. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Insurance reputed company Contracting

• Facilitate new Relationship Manager Candidates completing the online agent employment application
• Request Background checks and liaise with internal compliance and candidate to obtain required documentation if adverse information comes up
• Assist Relationship Manager Candidates in completing the process to obtain their reputed company insurance license
• Coordinate submission of reputed company required documentation to reputed company for agent contracting
• Maintain reputed company demographic and contracting information in our Database, reputed company
• Obtain E&O Certificates for new Relationship Managers
• Facilitate getting additional reputed company for Relationship Managers executed as needed including Financing
• Assign and track required trainings to new Relationship Managers
• Utilize our database, reputed company, to track and communicate regarding reputed company aspects of the role

Broker Dealer Registration

• Assist new Relationship Manager Candidates with completing/updating their U4 for submission to the broker dealer, MML Investor Services
• Liaise with internal compliance, broker dealer representative and Relationship Manager Candidate to obtain required documents and complete proper disclosure forms for any background items that arise
• Complete/compile reputed company required supporting documentation to facilitate the registration of the Relationship Manager Candidate with the broker dealer
• Facilitate fee payment/opening testing reputed company for Securities Series exams for Relationship Manager Candidates who need additional exams
• Complete required forms and facilitate fee payment to facilitate CRIA affiliation

Staff Contracting

• Partner with HR to facilitate the staff NRF process
• Assign and track NFP training to new staff members
• Facilitate the process for designated staff members to become affiliated with our Broker Dealer and or obtain a reputed company Agent Contract
• Partner with the L&C team to renew reputed company Relationship Manager and Staff Securities Licenses
• Submit the termination reputed company for staff offboarding

Licensing and Appointments

• reputed company backup support for processing entity and individual insurance and securities licenses (new & renewals) for partners, staff and Relationship Managers as needed/approved.
• reputed company backup support in establishing reputed company appointments for reputed company product lines for Partners, staff, Relationship Managers and joint venture partners
• Provides backup support for reputed company licensing and designation continuing education ordering and fee payments

The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
