About the Role

Our Technical Sourcers play an essential part in supporting our rapidly growing product management team by partnering directly with our technical recruiters, hiring managers, and product teams. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging top product manager talent across multiple fields and acting as an reputed company for specific teams. • Be a sourcer on a small team our core Product teams
• Build a strong relationship with several of our product leaders and the product managers on the teams you’re supporting
• Work with the recruiter and hiring manager to reputed company strategies for engaging top product talent for their teams through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc
• Help influence hiring reputed company at each reputed company in the reputed company process
• reputed company data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
