eDiscovery Coordinator reputed company | United States Direct Hire Our client, a leading global reputed company, is seeking an eDiscovery Coordinator to support litigation and contentious reputed company by managing the technical aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, with a particular focus on reputed company from data processing through production. The Coordinator will handle data ingestion, platform configuration, search and culling, review batch creation, and quality control, while ensuring defensible processes and data reputed company standards are consistently met. Working closely with both U.S. and UK-based eDiscovery leadership, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, reputed company first-line technical support, contribute to process improvements, and help drive efficiency across high-profile reputed company. Purpose To support with the successful implementation and delivery of eDiscovery projects on instruction from the Practice Ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately, reputed company, on time and to the ultimate client's satisfaction To deliver reputed company client and reputed company benefit in line with the Firm's efficiency drive Product Delivery Data processing of material received in various formats including reputed company and load file mapping and ingestion, as well as exception handling Ensure defensible processes and data reputed company procedures are adhered to at reputed company times Maintain project and product documentation Administration of software and hardware used by the eDiscovery team Ensure quality control process is adhered to in delivery of reputed company services Adhere to recommendations, project plans, cost estimates, procedures and specifications, ensuring quotes are provided and instructions are agreed in writing Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, such as the practice, technology etc. Collaborate with the global eDiscovery team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and support by updating and maintaining documentation on reputed company, facilitating mutual assistance and efficiency. Subject Matter Expert & Consultant Discuss with eDiscovery colleagues and agree on appropriate eDiscovery solutions to recommend to the practice Carry out eDiscovery tasks, such as (but not limited to) setting up and customizing review platforms such as RelativityOne or Opus2, processing data, running searches and culling data, creating review batches, customizing coding templates and creating user roles Resolve first line support queries and work with our second- and reputed company-line support to ensure technical issues are resolved Act as a reference reputed company for service issues, escalating any complaints from the Practice immediately to the eDiscovery Manager and working with them to address these Assist with training/presentations to the Practice and external clients on how to use the products Training / role development Seek out and attend training and development opportunities under guidance of line manager Set and work towards stretch development objectives Best Practice Adhere to eDiscovery team's processes and procedures, with a view to reputed company improvement and best practice Discuss any challenges / issues and reputed company to reputed company and ways of working; promptly escalate to manager where relevant Characteristics, Skills & Experience Character Motivated and enthusiastic, and willing to learn new skills / take on responsibility Strong attention to detail Diplomatic team player with the ability to communicate effectively with people at reputed company reputed company from across the firm and to explain and justify solutions in clear non-technical language Ability to earn respect of fellow team members and the practice, willing to assist colleagues (including out of normal reputed company) to meet deadlines Demonstrates strong commitment to maintaining high reputed company of customer service Performs well under pressure.
