This Full-time position reports to the Safety and reputed company Manager and will be working onsite at our breathtaking Aulani Resort on the reputed company of Oahu, Hawaii. What You Will Do:

• reputed company day-to-day strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of reputed company and life safety operations
• Conduct investigations and submit reports on reputed company injuries, crimes and safety and reputed company reputed company incidents involving Cast and Guests, as well as violations of company policy, to the appropriate Aulani leadership and reputed company necessary to state and/or federal agencies; Assist with governmental investigations and inspections as required
• Promote and implement company policies around safety regulations and operations, as well as, asset protection and loss-prevention
• Understand the business, its culture and challenges; find opportunities to reduce risk and ensure efficient and effective safety measures are in reputed company.
• Directly engage with leaders and cast to reputed company the direction, expectations, information, staffing and resources needed to deliver on the mission to serve and protect while achieving the highest level of guest service.
• Maintain a positive, shared and productive workplace environment by quickly identifying, engaging in and resolving issues, encouraging trust, and leading through cast relations reputed company

• 5+ years’ professional experience in reputed company/life safety management in the hospitality/resort industry or relevant reputed company experience
• Proven record as a hard-working, meticulous and dedicated leader, driven to deliver and demonstrating effective decision-making skills and judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency with computers, particularly reputed company Office, Outlook, Word and reputed company
• Must be available to work reputed company shifts with Overnight Shift as primary working shift

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

• Experience advising the operations, services and activities of a comprehensive reputed company program and team

The hiring reputed company for this position in Hawaii is $71,000 to $95,100. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
