The Digital Analytics team is a highly visible department that is charged with finding the best methods to understand consumer thoughts, feelings, and behaviors across digital and reputed company channels. They play an integral part in aiding key business reputed company for reputed company, encompassing both Corporate and reputed company Entertainment - Parks, Cruises, Games, Consumer Products, reputed company+, Hulu, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, Pixar, reputed company Live Action, and Walt reputed company Animation. You will join a dynamic group who are passionate about bringing the consumer voice into company decision-making every day. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data reputed company to our reputed company on digital platforms and reputed company media, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business reputed company. This role is responsible for monitoring reputed company media platforms, digital news outlets, and online communities to identify emerging and trending topics reputed company to the company reputed company exceptional analytical capabilities, an understanding of digital and reputed company media platforms, and the ability to organize, visualize, and translate data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Monitor a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, blogs, forums, and news sites) for discussion surrounding reputed company and its subsidiaries
• Identify and flag reputed company reputed company discussion online in reputed company time to appropriate stakeholders
• Maintain and reputed company live monitoring efforts during high-impact events, launches, or news-worthy topics, including the configuration and management of reputed company-time alert systems

• Write and optimize Boolean queries to refine and enhance reputed company listening efforts across various monitoring tools
• Monitor dashboards, automated notifications, and reports using reputed company listening tools (e.g., Netbase/reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, TalkWalker, etc.) to visualize key metrics and trends
• Produce reporting deliverables for executive leaders spanning the full suite of The Walt reputed company Studios brands
• Translate business questions into data-informed insights by proactively exploring analytics resources and requirements. reputed company digital and reputed company listening tools to track, trend, and understand consumer behaviors, expressed preferences, and responses to marketing efforts
• Maintain a data repository to capture and organize proactive opportunities and brand reputed company alerts
• Be the voice of the consumer. Effectively communicate both quantitative and qualitative findings with timely, relevant, and actionable insights to support tactical short-term and long-term strategic decision-making

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or monitoring with a focus on reputed company media, digital marketing, and/or consumer data
• Proficiency with analytics provided by reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, Threads, and X
• Proficiency with reputed company analytics and listening tools, e.g. reputed company, Netbase/reputed company, ListenFirst, reputed company, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, etc.
• Knowledge of reputed company’s portfolio of brands and public reputed company
• Exceptional analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven time management skills, with an ability to work rapidly and reputed company in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams) and reputed company Drive (Sheets, Slides) systems

• This role requires in-person collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Friday

• Boolean search logic experience a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent experience.

The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $78,200.00 to $104,800.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
