Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist
• Must be licensed in Hawaii

• $80 per session reimbursement for initial or 90837 appointments (53-minute session)
