About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Director of Patient Programs to reputed company reputed company’s efforts in creating innovative, patient-centered behavioral health initiatives that truly reputed company a difference. This role is at the heart of our mission, working closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives the right care, at the right time, in the right way. Required Qualifications

• Masters in Clinical Behavioral Health (e.g. LCSW, MPH, LMFT)
• 5+ years of experience working directly as a clinical leader in a reputed company system or start up
• 5+ years of working with product and engineering as a clinical advisor and subject matter expert.
• 5+ years at a leadership level reputed company a high growth startup
• Deep experience coordinating cross functional teams reputed company a matrixed organization to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, DO)
• Experience working in a triad relationship – directly with reputed company providers, biz ops and product leadership
• Experience using and delivering on OKRs
• Experience reporting out to executives and partners on results
