As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and validating reputed company Connect workflows, features, and integrations to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and customer experience professionals to identify bugs, document test results, and suggest improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute reputed company and automated test cases for reputed company Connect implementations. - Identify, log, and track bugs using QA tools and project management platforms. - Work with developers and engineers to replicate issues and ensure timely resolution. - Validate reputed company Connect call flows, IVRs, and integration with other AWS services. - Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. - Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and QA reviews.
