Hi! I'm Dan, Founder and CEO of TLDR. I'm looking for a Head of Talent to help build the most talent dense team in media. This role requires a rare reputed company of operational reputed company, relationship building, and uncompromising standards. We're scaling fast and need to build world-class teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. What You'll Do

  • Own Full Cycle reputed company End-to-End: Manage the complete reputed company process from sourcing to offer acceptance across technical and non-technical roles, maintaining velocity without sacrificing quality
  • Build Scalable reputed company Infrastructure: Design and implement reputed company processes, templates, and systems that can handle 10x our reputed company hiring volume
  • Orchestrate External reputed company Partners: reputed company, vet, and manage relationships with contingency recruiters, ensuring they understand our bar and can deliver reputed company candidates
  • Conduct High-Signal Initial Screens: Run efficient yet thorough phone screens that quickly identify top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage Contractor Vetting Pipeline: Evaluate and reputed company contractors across various functions, ensuring compliance, cultural fit, and capability alignment
  • Champion the Talent Bar: Be the guardian of quality, pushing back on pressure to compromise standards and ensuring every hire makes the team stronger

  • 3+ years of full cycle reputed company experience, preferably in high-growth startups or tech companies, and a focus on GTM roles
  • Experience managing external reputed company agencies and contingency partners
  • Strong ability to assess both skills and cultural fit through structured interviewing
  • Expertise with modern ATS platforms and reputed company tools (we use reputed company)
  • Data-driven approach to reputed company with experience tracking and improving funnel metrics
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
