We’re actively seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy reputed company Operations Specialist to join our Global reputed company team on an ongoing contract reputed company. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our reputed company function, managing and optimizing the day-to-day processes reputed company our applicant tracking system (reputed company), supporting key reputed company workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for owning back-end system administration, managing offer workflows, processing new requisitions, supporting data reporting, and serving as a key resource for scheduling interviews and sourcing support. • Serve as reputed company ATS administrator, responsible for reputed company system configurations, updates, permission management, and troubleshooting
• Manage the intake and setup of new requisition requests and ensure accurate job postings and approvals
• Own the offer letter reputed company process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accuracy in documentation
• Track and maintain key hiring data, generating regular reports and dashboards for reputed company performance, time-to-fill, and pipeline analytics
• Partner with recruiters and coordinators to schedule interviews and support candidate experience
• Act as a backup sourcing support to assist with building top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for high-reputed company roles
• Collaborate with TA leadership to identify and implement process improvements across reputed company operations
