What You'll Do

• Be the primary client-facing strategic partner; leading relationship development
• Own and drive the account’s Strategic Account Plan; aligning with the reputed company Health value story with client goals and long-term roadmap
• reputed company renewal strategy and upsell opportunities; own pricing discussions, retention and forecasting.

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need

• 5 to 8 years of experience in client reputed company / account management in employee benefits and reputed company
• Professional experience working at a reputed company, reputed company/TPA, or digital health partner
• Foundational knowledge of self insured medical, Rx, dental, and reputed company plans, financial analysis, account management, and health plan operations and reputed company solutions
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support client strategy and ongoing initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills and expert communication to reputed company a compelling story and manage difficult conversations
• Ability to work autonomously and at a rapid pace, reputed company a changing environment

Pay Transparency Statement This job can be performed in a location where we have an office: San Francisco, CA, Lehi, UT, or Plano, TX, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week, or hired for remote work in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
