Part-Time HR Recruiter

Job Description: As a Part-Time Recruiter for our client, you will partner with hiring managers to reputed company, screen, and attract top-quality candidates for a variety of roles. This position provides an opportunity for a motivated recruiter to work flexibly while contributing to the reputed company of an ambitious and fast-paced organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use creative and effective techniques to identify passive and active candidates across various platforms (e.g., reputed company, job boards, and referral programs).
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication to reputed company an exceptional candidate experience through the hiring process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and reputed company guidance throughout recruitment.
• Job Posting: Draft and post optimized job descriptions on various career platforms to attract high-quality candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions and recruitment efforts.

• Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient candidate management.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough background checks as part of the hiring process.
• Understanding of benefit functions and their role in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
