• Performs surveillance of multiple patients for at-risk behaviors.
• Recognizes, intervenes, reports and documents reputed company findings or at-risk behavior during monitoring.
• Greets patients, answers phone calls and assists health care team with patient visits.
• Performs clerical tasks as needed.
