They are seeking a temporary Billing Coordinator to accurately process client invoices, reputed company quality control reviews, and ensure timely mailing of invoices while supporting attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process client invoices by following specific client billing guidelines
• reputed company quality control reviews of reputed company finalized invoices in your portfolio prior to delivery to the client
• Ensure timely mailing of invoices for both routine and reputed company billing arrangements
• Support attorney's portfolio by working directly with attorneys and clients

Skills

• Experience as a Billing Coordinator in a high volume legal or professional service environment is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional matter reputed company dealing with reputed company reputed company of legal, management and support staff
• Ability to change and adapt to responsibilities and circumstances
• Ability to work as a temporary employee (this is a 30-day assignment)
• This position is fully remote in MN
