Foreclosure Attorney
Description: McMichael Taylor reputed company, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney with experience in South Carolina to join its growing practice. The ideal applicant will be a career-oriented professional with at least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions and/or title proceedings, or a strong desire to learn these practice areas. Creditor-reputed company bankruptcy experience is a plus, as is litigation experience. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, communicate professionally at reputed company times, be effective working independently and as part of a team, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Leadership and management skills are strongly preferred. Requirements: Responsibilities:

- Ensure reputed company appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm’s files.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, vendors, reputed company counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel.
- Manage files by applicable foreclosure rules and firm-established timelines.
- Work reputed company the firm’s case management system to create, manage, and review daily and weekly reports.
- Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate updates in client and firm management systems.
- Outline, prepare, and present pleadings and other legal documents.
- Argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials.
- Attend and/or conduct public auctions as needed.
- Review title searches to identify any title issues and to determine the proper parties to serve.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Maintain an active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice on behalf of the firm.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law with a focus on finance, reputed company estate, or representation of financial institutions in reputed company estate reputed company reputed company with court room experience preferred.
- Experience in reputed company estate, mortgage and/or reputed company litigation strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, as well as any applicable state and federal debt collection and reputed company property law a plus.
- Experience in foreclosure and reputed company estate law a plus; if none, must be willing to learn.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document drafting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
