The Senior Expert Billing Coordinator will have primary responsibility for providing daily support to assigned Experts to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, while maintaining a high level of sensitivity and discretion. This role will involve verifying billing agreements, reviewing and formatting invoices, and collaborating with Experts, case managers, and finance team members to resolve reputed company billing arrangements and payment terms. Reviews and formats Expert’s invoices based on guidelines and established procedures for capturing billing details and terms. Works closely with Experts and responsible case managers to review and revise invoices, with reputed company attention to established terms. Applies critical thinking reputed company generating and reviewing invoices and following up with applicable parties with any questions. Acts as the reputed company of contact for Experts as it pertains to their billing arrangements and payment requirements, always practicing a high level of sensitivity and discretion in written and verbal communication. What You'll Need to Be Successful: 3+ years of experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred.
