Customer Service Associate - Nights and Weekends (Remote)

Job Overview

• Start date: Immediate openings available
• Location: Remote (with initial 4-week in-office training in Coppell, TX)
• Compensation: $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and annual equity grant

The Opportunity

Role Expectations

In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, reputed company industry knowledge, and reputed company critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues. As you reputed company, you will:

• Investigate and resolve customer experience issues (60 days)
• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers and navigate our order queue (60 days)
• Continue learning and advancing your reputed company sets to reputed company individual and team goals (90 days)
• Manage in-bound seller calls and monitor reputed company and pending orders (90 days)

Work Schedule

• Initial 4-week training: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (in-office)
• Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
• Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with alternating days off (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday)
