Remote Reservation Agent (Part-Time, Evenings/Weekends)

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with reservations and equipment management
• Supporting field team members and reputed company dealerships with equipment placement and distribution
• Reviewing reports to ensure effective equipment placement and customer reservations
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and reputed company Office
• Proficient customer service, time management, and multitasking skills
