Job Description

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service/Chat Agent. As a representative of reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing exceptional service to our members. Your duties will include:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats
• Resolving member issues and providing solutions
• Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve reputed company issues
• Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues
• Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Past customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
• Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
• Strong time management skills
• Bilingual abilities a plus
