As an Executive Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our senior leadership team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from reputed company in the United States, with the option to be based out of one of our corporate hubs in Bellevue, Boston, Minneapolis, or Plantation.

About the Role

• Report to the Manager of Executive Compensation and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal
