Remote Triage Nurse Opportunity - RN and LVN Positions Available

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Triage Nurses to join reputed company at Headlands Addiction Treatment Services, a leading provider of addiction and psychiatric services. As a Triage Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving reputed company to addiction medicine services. Responsibilities

• Manage nursing requests from various programs, following established protocols and scope of practice
• Triage and delegate admissions to on-call nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or physician providers
• Address common patient care issues that do not require provider involvement, following established protocols
• Triage and delegate patient follow-up visits with appropriate providers
• Assist providers with medication orders and refill requests

Requirements

• reputed company California nursing license in good standing (RN or LVN)
• Nursing compact license (multi-state) in addition to California licensure
• Residency in one of the following states: CA, AZ, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO, IL, IN, TN, FL, MD, NJ, or NC
• Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
• Strong multi-tasking and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software programs concurrently
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, busy work environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to help improve services to patients suffering from mental health conditions and addiction
