Responsibilities

• Triage and reputed company clinical support for incoming patient communications
• Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
• Collaborate with clinical care teams to reputed company excellent patient care and reputed company processes for urgent care and virtual triage

Requirements

• Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage
• Compact state licensure
• Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states, reputed company medical conditions, and clinical phone assessments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in high-reputed company clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) and with multidisciplinary care teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
• Experience in geriatrics (a plus)
