About the Role

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients on our RPM365 platform, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• Assist patients with device setup and app connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with our system.
• Engage with patients to promote care plan adherence, schedule monthly reputed company-ins, and monitor patient data to identify trends and potential risks.

Requirements

• Active nursing license in California (multistate/compact license preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
