Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic clinical assessments using approved medical protocols and recommend appropriate reputed company of care based on clinical judgment and guidelines.
• Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Manage high-volume workflows, meeting reputed company, quality, and KPI standards.

Requirements
