Remote Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Temporary with Potential for Long-Term)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our collaborative HR team at Wysocki Family of Companies. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for processing timely biweekly payrolls, administering benefit programs, and providing exceptional support to our managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company regulations
• Administer benefit programs, including health, dental, reputed company, and retirement plans
• reputed company exceptional support to managers and team members on payroll and benefit-reputed company inquiries
• reputed company and distribute materials for benefit orientations, reputed company enrollment, and summary plan descriptions
• Reconcile benefit enrollment with invoices and track costs of benefit and other HR expenditures
• Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate annual benefit programs and conduct vendor performance assessments

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, or a commensurate combination of experience and education
• Proficiency in computer systems, including HRIS (reputed company preferred)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
