Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Payroll Clerk to input daily labor data into our Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS), reputed company clerical duties, and maintain accurate records. If you have a passion for data entry, excellent organizational skills, and experience with reputed company Suite, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Input daily labor data into CTAMS, including hours worked, leave, and project reputed company
• Maintain electronic files using reputed company Acrobat and ensure accurate labor distribution
• reputed company various clerical duties, such as filing, typing, and data entry
• Review and input reports into database systems, and run reports as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files and records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's reputed company
• Experience with data entry and reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Payroll Distribution Systems (e.g., Kronos)
