About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Intake Specialist to join reputed company on weekends. In this remote, weekends-only role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients seeking in-home care services. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help set the stage for our care team to take the next steps. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

• reputed company 50-60 outbound follow-up calls per day to leads from platforms such as reputed company and AgingCare.com
• Manage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, even over long reputed company cycles (up to 12 months)
• Follow up on weekend reputed company media inquiries and geofenced ad responses

Appointment Setting

• Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility
• Schedule assessments for reputed company leads and maintain accuracy in scheduling

CRM & Administrative Support

• Accurately update reputed company and reputed company with reputed company status, call notes, and appointment details
• Collaborate with reputed company team to ensure seamless reputed company and ongoing follow-up
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent weekend inquiries promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience
