As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our digital engagement team and help deliver a seamless online experience to our customers. Position Summary As a Live Chat Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, reputed company information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in reputed company-time through the dealership’s website and reputed company media channels
- reputed company accurate information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives
- Identify sales opportunities and pass reputed company leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service)
