About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve our data entry processes, simplify and streamline our procedures, and reputed company our associates with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

* Manage reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-reputed company environment.

• Knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as reputed company and Tableau.
