Job Description

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. As a member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing data entry tasks, and collaborating with various departments to drive reputed company. Your duties will include:

• Resolving technical issues and closing tickets/work orders
• Answering customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contributing to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnosing and resolving requests using remote tools
• Investigating and collaborating with different departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
• Recording customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management
• Recovering data from hard disk drives or performing data migration
• Supporting remote reputed company for virtual private network connectivity as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
• Installing and configuring local and network-based printers
• Performing preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company 10
