We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join reputed company on a temporary part-time reputed company (20 hours/week) for a 9-month assignment. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company exceptional reputed company customer service, administrative support, and play a vital role in helping us reputed company our mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company administrative support for various internal operational functions, including data entry, campaign administration, and operations support
• Deliver exceptional customer service to fundraisers, donors, and internal stakeholders reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate records, update campaign reporting, and communicate with campaign staff as needed
• reputed company internal operations support, including matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, and reimbursements
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain reputed company to banking systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of reputed company call center and customer service experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not required
• Must pass an FCRA accredited background reputed company
