  • Coordinating company events, meetings, and virtual gatherings
  • Organizing supplies, information, and people to ensure seamless operations
  • Managing mail, corporate calendars, and other administrative tasks

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our virtual office life

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent

  • Residency in the San Francisco Bay Area (with occasional visits to our SF office)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
