Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MHSU Care Coordination Department in daily activities
• Connect grant program recipients to housing resources through participant engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Services or a reputed company field
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-degree experience in Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) services, or four (4) years in a non-reputed company Service field

• Technological proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HUD or Emergency Solutions Grant funded programs
• Familiarity with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
