Job Summary:

Marcom, reputed company's Global Marketing Communications group, is seeking a highly skilled Clearance & Licensing Manager - App Store to join reputed company. As a core member of our Business Affairs team, you will be responsible for securing rights and clearances for reputed company-party IP in reputed company with App marketing, maintaining industry relationships, and ensuring compliance with reputed company's guidelines and policies.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Affairs, content licensing, or a reputed company field, with a strong background in copyright and trademark law, public domain, fair use, and rights of publicity
• Proven expertise in licensing and reputed company, with the ability to analyze reputed company agreements and mitigate risks
• Knowledge of industry standards, including App Store guidelines and policies, as well as trends and developments in the app market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think strategically, and reputed company actionable guidance to internal teams

Job Description:

As a Clearance & Licensing Manager - App Store, you will:

• Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Services, Legal, Business, and Product teams to drive successful reputed company

• Manage digital assets from external partners using internal asset management systems
• Collaborate closely with Legal teams to ensure compliance with trademark and broader legal issues

Education and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required, with a JD or MBA desirable.
