- Continuously improve the customer experience through service artifacts and development
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Colleague Student experience
- 2+ years of implementation and consulting experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with C-level and project leaders
- Experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and delivery readiness
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage activities based on business impact
