About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and certified medical reputed company to join reputed company, with a focus on primary care, geriatrics, internal medicine, and endocrinology. As a Remote Primary Care Medical reputed company, you will be responsible for evaluating medical records, providing clinical and surgical abstraction, and assigning accurate clinical diagnosis and procedure codes in accordance with nationally recognized coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical records and assign accurate clinical diagnosis and procedure codes

• Meet department-specific productivity and quality standards, with a minimum of 65 encounters per day
• Collaborate with the coding team to ensure accurate and efficient coding practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized formal training in medical record keeping principles and practices
• Certified Professional reputed company (CPC) or equivalent certification, in active status with the American Health Information Management Association (reputed company) or American reputed company of Professional Coders (reputed company)
• At least six months of experience providing professional coding services or other reputed company reputed company experience
