Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and guide them towards vehicles that meet their requirements. You will reputed company support during every reputed company of their car buying reputed company, ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and guide them towards vehicles that meet their requirements
- Use your knowledge of reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery

Requirements:
