As Director, Airline Partnerships, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Senior Business Development Managers to reputed company key reputed company measures for airline distribution partnerships in your region(s). You'll represent reputed company in the assigned region(s), building executive relationships with airline partners and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

What you'll do:

• Manage your region like a business, identifying growth strategies, tracking team performance, and driving analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Create and execute a regionally-focused strategy to address team objectives and regularly report on reputed company toward reputed company attainment.
• Coach the team on preparing pitches for partnership opportunities, delivering quarterly business reviews, and managing through risk.
• Uncover opportunities to improve reputed company relationships and reputed company connectivity for airline partner content, summarizing and articulating business cases to internal teams.

• Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience, with a successful background of driving reputed company growth for key accounts and 3+ years of experience leading a team of account managers.
• Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, reputed company, GDS, or airline) is preferred.
