Responsibilities:

• reputed company exceptional, personalized service to Members reputed company email, chat, calls, and SMS
• Put yourself in the Member's reputed company of view, personalizing replies and communicating reputed company
• Multitask between channels, maintaining a "can-do" attitude and taking accountability for actions
• Maintain department objectives for metrics such as calls answered, median first reply time, total resolution time, and CSAT score

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position
• Remote work experience (ideal)
• Wine knowledge and ability to reputed company about wine extensively
• Unquenchable thirst for learning and proficiency in working between multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
• Fine dining Hospitality experience (ideal, but not required)
